Soy Curls are a delicious natural delicately textured product made from 100% whole soybeans. The exquisite flavor results from a special process of light cooking and texturing. Soy Curls contain the natural goodness of the whole soybean including all the essential amino acids. Soy Curls are a high fiber food.

Soy Curls are unique in their health promoting qualities. Lecithin helps prevent cholesterol build up in the arteries, and is naturally present in Soy Curls. The latest research has drawn parallels between soy intake and decreased incidence of ailments such as osteoporosis, breast cancer and prostate cancer. In studies, soy has been found to ease the symptoms of menopause, lower cholesterol and prevent heart disease.

Soy Curls are an excellent survival food for disasters and third world countries that suffer hunger. If soy products are used to decrease or replace the use of animal products health benefits may multiply. When soybeans are used in place of animal products one is helping to conserve the world's resources.

Soy Curls are pre-cooked and may be eaten dry or, when re-hydrated, they can be added to your favorite soup, pasta, gravy, burger, or loaf recipe. Best to store Soy Curls in a cool, dry place.

Non-dairy Soy Curls Beverage:

Ingredients 1 rounded cup of Soy Curls 1 1/2 cup boiling water 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. genuine maple syrup or other sweetener 1 Tbsp. oil A dash of vanilla if desired

Directions Pour 1 1/2 cup boiling water over Soy Curls. Allow to sit for 15 min. Put in a high speed blender with other ingredients and blend at high speed for 5 minutes. Then slowly add more water to make 1 quart. Chill and serve.

Chik-Style Salad


1  8 oz. pkg Soy Curls (approx. 5 cups), cover with warm water,

         and soak for 10 min.


5 Tbsp. Bill's Best Chiknish Seasoning

1/2 cup Sweet Relish (4 oz.)

1 cup Vegenaise®, Soynaise®, or mayonaise, (8 oz.)

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 cup diced celery (4.5 oz.)

1 cup diced onion (4 oz.)


Add Chicken Style Seasoning and stir to mix well. Add remainder of ingredients and stir throughly. Refrigerate.  Serve with a garnish of parsley, radish, pepper, etc.


Makes a great sandwich! Serve with your favorite cracker for a delicious snack!


Serves 10

Garden Fresh Pasta


1 package linguine (12 oz.)

2 tsp. salt (in boiling water)

Boil until tender - drain and set aside


1/2 package Soy Curls™ (4 oz.) (approx. 3 Cups), cover with warm water, and soak for approx. 10 min.  Add 3 cloves garlic, minced


3/4 cup onion, chopped

10 fresh mushrooms

1 fresh lime

4 Tbsp. olive oil

2 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, or soy sauce

1 cup cheese (feta, grated parmesan, or romano)

3 roma tomatoes, chopped

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts (6.5 oz.)

1/2 can (3 oz.) olives, chopped



In saucepan saute garlic, onion, mushrooms, drained Soy Curls™, fresh limejuice, and olive oil. Add salt, worcestershire sauce, and simmer until onions are tender.  Turn burner off, and add tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and olives.  Pour over pasta, add cheese, and toss.

Hearty Soup and Soy Curls



List of Ingredients

3 cup Soy Curls
1/2 cup Onions, raw
2 oz Garlic, raw
1 tbs Oil, olive, salad or cooking
2 large potatoe Potatoes, raw, flesh and skin
1/4 lb Carrots, raw
1 tbs Salt, table
2 tbs Soy milk, fluid
1 tbs Chiknish
1 tbs parsley, dried
1 tbs Lemon juice, raw
8 cup Water

Instructions for Preparation

In large kettle saute onion, minced garlic in oil or water for about 2 minutes. In same kettle add Soy Curls, potatoes, celery, and carrots. Saute for about 2 more minutes. Cover with water, add seasonings and simmer until vegetables are tender.
